Elant Choice Inc., a Newburgh-based, home access health care organization serving the mid-Hudson Valley, has rebranded as EverCare.
The move comes after Elant Choice announced earlier this year it was separating from its Goshen-based parent company, Elant Inc.
EverCare provides home care services and management of skilled nursing, personal care aides, medical transportation, home delivered meals, rehabilitative therapies, podiatry, audiology and dentistry for its clients.
The company’s service portfolio includes EverCare Choice, a managed long-term care plan; EverCare at Home, a certified home health agency; and an adult social day program at its 31 Cerone Place campus in Newburgh.
EverCare CEO and President Sylvia McTigue said the company will offer services ranging from insurance product to home care.
“This change is a logical step in our evolution and gives us an umbrella under which we can continue to expand our services during our next phase of growth and development,” McTigue said.
According to the company, EverCare provides roughly 1,000 patients access to home care through its EverCare Choice, EverCare at Home and adult social day programs.
