The City of New Rochelle named Tracy Yogman as its new Commissioner of Finance.
Yogman served as vice president of finance and chief financial officer of the Queens Library and, prior to that, as comptroller for the town of Huntington.
“Her public sector experience is well suited to New Rochelle and will be an asset to our Department of Finance,” said City Manager Charles B. Strome III.
Yogman received her undergraduate degree from Queens College. She succeeds longtime finance commissioner Howard Rattner, who retired in June. She will assume the position on Sept. 12.
