You may not have a brother named Jimmy, but you”™ll soon be able to visit Brother Jimmy”™s BBQ at the former home of Butterfield 8, which was recently shut down for renovation into the barbecue franchise.
Butterfield 8 was at the corner of Mamaroneck Avenue and East Post Road in White Plains. Two other Butterfield 8 restaurants are in Stamford, Conn., at Town Center Stamford, and on East 38th Street in Manhattan”™s Murray Hill neighborhood.
Brother Jimmy”™s BBQ has five locations in Manhattan, one in the Bronx at Yankee Stadium, one location in New Brunswick, N.J., and three restaurants in South Florida. The White Plains location will be the chain”™s first entry into the Westchester restaurant market.
