A fast-growing Manhattan-based fitness and exercise business and a Larchmont wine and tapas bar will open locations near the Metro-North Railroad station in downtown Bronxville in 2014.
Admiral Real Estate Services Corp., the Bronxville retail brokerage, said SoulCycle Spinning Studio has leased 9,300 square feet of space at 94 Kraft Ave. SoulCycle, which offers a full-body indoor cycling workout that has made it a popular bicoastal brand, also operates studios in Rye Brook, Scarsdale and Greenwich, Conn.
Crush Wine Bar has leased 2,000 square feet of retail space at 112 Kraft Ave. Owner Jennifer Deutsch opened her first Crush bar and eatery in 2012 in downtown Larchmont.
Jonathan Gordon, president and CEO of Admiral Real Estate Services, Admiral broker Haryn Intner  represented the landlord in both transactions and also represented Crush Wine Bar in its lease deal. SoulCycle was represented by Peter Levine of Charter Realty & Development Corp in Rye Brook.
