SHELTON – Wood Grain Carpentry of Derby has purchased the 15,500-square-foot industrial property at 8 Forest Parkway from Pemburn Partners LLC in Shelton for $2.3 million, or just under $148.00 per square foot, according to Vidal/Wettenstein.
The building on 2.75 acres had formerly been the home to Corporate Mailing, which had downsized and relocated to a smaller space in Shelton.
Wood Grain Carpentry, which has operated in Derby since 2014, is a specialized woodworking company that creates high-quality, handcrafted pieces for residential spaces. They offer custom cabinetry, kitchen islands, bathroom vanities, and bespoke projects, all designed to add personality, style, and function to homes.
Bruce Wettenstein, SIOR & managing partner with Vidal/Wettenstein, represented the sellers, and Samuel Crampton of O R & L Commercial represented the purchaser. Attorney for the seller was William Zorzy of Trumbull.
