Westport property fetches record-breaking $10.25M

WESTPORT – The $10.25 million sale of 5 Fraser Road on July 11 apparently set a record as the highest ever residential sale in Westport north I-95 away from the coastline, according to SmartMLS sales data.

Bross Chingas Bross of Coldwell Banker Global Luxury closed the sale of the property to Michael Martino from Henryk and Kristyna Gudas, who owned the home since 2021, according to town property records. Bross Chingas Bross is made up Realtors Barbara Bross, Alexander Chingas & Doug Bross.

The buyer was represented by Susan Arciero of Coldwell Banker Realty.
