Southport-based Angel Commercial LLC has announced the sale of 1555 Post Road East in Westport for $2.2 million. The investment property on Route 1 consists of an 11,461-square-foot office building on 0.61 acres.
The new owners, BAO Partners LLC, āplan to completely update the building including a new roof, HVAC, windows, masonry, and parking lot,āĀ according to Angel Senior Vice President Brett A. Sherman, who represented the buyer. There will up to 7,500 rentable square feet available for lease in the building, he said.
