A 3-acre Westport property once purchased by actress Joanne Woodward for her mother is selling for $2.4 million, according to the Hartford Courant.
The property at 275 North Ave. includes two historic residences – a converted grist mill and an approved building lot.
The property can be bought separately or with another next door for $9.9 million. The two properties, totaling 10.4 acres, are for sale by the same owners.
