A Darien investor has paid $965,000 for the 3,438-square-foot, two-story building at 17 Tokeneke Road in that town.
The announcement was made by Angel Commercial LLC Senior Vice President Brett A. Sherman.
The property, across the street from the Darien train station, restaurants and shopping, has access from both Tokeneke Road and the Center Street municipal parking lot. The building has three retail units, two of which are occupied by longterm tenants.
