Real estate firm Transwestern has relocated its Connecticut office to 67 Holly Hill Lane in Greenwich at the same time it has been named the exclusive leasing agent for the Class A, 21,000-square-foot office building.
The firm’s former office was on Fawcett Place in Greenwich.
Transwestern principal Tom Ashforth and broker Connor Scanlon are leasing agents for the property on behalf of the building owner, Westport-based David Adam Realty Inc.
