Abbey Road Advisors L.L.C., a private real estate investment firm based in Fairfield, announced that 33 Riverside Ave. in Westport, a 42,000-square-foot professional office building, is now fully leased.
Ridgebury Tankers, a shipping company founded in April 2013, has leased 3,772 square feet for five years on the third floor of the building.
Abbey Road Advisors is the landlord.
In negotiating the deal, Steve Baker and Torey Walsh of Cushman & Wakefield were the brokers for Abbey Road Advisors and Brett Sherman of Angel Commercial was the broker for Ridgebury Tankers.
