“The core construction methods of the typical American home haven’t meaningfully evolved in centuries,” said Sam Fertik, the company’s founder and CEO. “Our goal is to set a new standard in homebuilding, shaping spaces that optimize homeowners’ health, safety, and wellness. This new office will support our ongoing mission to build stronger, higher-performing homes across the Northeast.”
