NORWALK – Local builder-grade general contractor Stadler Construction has secured a lease for 1,280 square feet of warehouse space at 45 Ruby St. The company will store equipment and trucks there, according to the broker Vidal Wettenstein LLC.
The property, which is owned by REMA DRI-VAC Corp., attracted strong interest from prospective tenants, generating multiple showings and offers that exceeded the asking price. The landlord, Antonio Service Insulation, selected Stadler Construction as the new tenant following a competitive leasing process.
Some of Stadler’s most prominent jobs include the renovation and construction of Urban Planet in the Connecticut Post Mall in Milford and Charlotte Russe in SoNo Collection in Norwalk.
Stadler Construction, which has been in business for 15+ years serving Fairfield and New Haven counties, specializes in demolition, new construction, excavation, site work, framing, and full custom renovations for both residential and commercial projects.
The Ruby Street property was last appraised for $848,670 in 2023, which included $391,890 in improvements, according to city property records.
The transaction was exclusively brokered by Krisztina Kranicz and Silvester Garza of Vidal Wettenstein LLC.
