Barjen Inc., which does business as Park Avenue Coach, has signed a long-term lease for 2,000 square feet of warehouse space and 18,000 square feet of parking spaces at 110 Lenox Ave. in Stamford.
Park Avenue Coach, which dates to 1982, will run its existing livery business from the new location. The company also maintains a fleet of buses ranging from nine to 31 seats. The current address is on Oakwood Avenue in Norwalk.
The landlord-owner is 110 Lenox L.L.C. The 110 Lenox Ave. building contains 15,000 square feet in the Glenbrook section of Stamford, close to Interstate 95.
The building owner/landlord has been donating 2,500 square feet of office space to Kids Helping Kids, a 501(c)(3) organization, for the past 18 months. The charity recently signed a long-term lease for a smaller office in the same building. Its former space is now available for lease.
