Greenwich”™s Bruce Museum presents “The Endangered Lion: A Talk with Panthera”™s President Dr. Luke Hunter,” Thursday, Jan. 28, 6:30 p.m., 1 Museum Drive, Greenwich.
Hunter, the president and chief conservation officer of Panthera, a global wildcat conservation organization, oversees the international field programs and supervises Panthera”™s conservation work. His current projects include an ecological study on African leopards, reducing human-lion conflict in Africa and working with the Iranian Department of Environment to conserve Asiatic cheetahs and leopards.
