Newmark Grubb Knight Frank (NGKF), one of the largest real estate service firms in the world, has expanded its Westchester County and Fairfield County, Conn. operations.
The firm has added several industry leading executives as part of the new expansion.
Gregory V. Frisoli and Glenn Walsh joined NGKF as executive managing directors and Lawrence (Larry) Ruggieri was brought on as a senior managing director.
David Falk, NGKF president of the New York tristate region, said, “Their invaluable experience as expert tenant, landlord and corporate advisers is indispensable and hiring such immensely qualified executives is essential as we continue to grow market share in the region.”
These executives bring with them more than five million square feet of leasing agencies, including RPW Group, Heyman Properties, RXR Realty, Simone Development, ProMed Properties, Celestial Capital, Faros Properties, Juster Development Corporation, and AmTrust Realty.
These assignments are a strong addition for the NGKF Westchester/Fairfield office. The office has a track record of representing some of the more prominent landlords in the region, including Building Land & Technology at BLT Financial Centre in Stamford, Conn., for a total of 1.4 million square feet, and George Comfort & Sons”™ four-building, 676,000-square-foot Centre at Purchase in Westchester County.
