Cushman & Wakefield arranged the move and representatives tout the deal as a testament to Shelton”™s growing commercial office market.
“We believe the firm will thrive in their new home and we look forward to leasing the remaining available space at 2 and 4 Armstrong Road,” said Michael Dillon, director of leasing management at Cushman & Wakefield.
The Stamford-based Cushman & Wakefield team of Michael Dillon, Kevin Foley and William Mercorella represented the landlord, Rugby Realty Co. Inc., in the transaction. Bruce Wettenstein, SIOR of Vidal / Wettenstein represented the tenant.
Cushman & Wakefield has invested heavily in the area, particularly as the exclusive leasing agent for neighboring 2 and 4 Armstrong Road. The Class-A buildings, which are in Armstrong Corporate Park, are undergoing a multimillion-dollar capital improvement program.
