Greenwich has a new selection of luxury “loft-like” apartments to boast about with the recent addition of JLofts Greenwich on Old Track Road.
Developed by Fareri Associates of Greenwich, the new residential building features 60 luxury rental apartments including studios and 1-, 2 and 3-bedroom units ranging in rent from $2,000 per month to a 3-bedroom penthouse with three terraces and roof garden that rents for $9,000 a month.
The apartments feature 10-foot-high ceilings and open floor plans with ample sunlight provided by nine-foot high windows. Many of the units include private terraces.
Leasing is flexible with short-term 3- to 6-month leases available and rental packages including furniture, linens, dishes and tableware.
The complex offers high-end and unique amenities including a rooftop putting green and a self-service “doggie spa” where residents can clean and groom their dogs.
A sister property of the upscale J House Greenwich Hotel, the complex will offer its residents discounted rates at the hotel for visitors and access to the pool, housekeeping, catering and spa amenities.
“There is nothing in the Greenwich area quite like what we are offering at JLofts Greenwich,” said John Fareri, president of Fareri Associates. “It is really a bit of urban-style living set in a beautiful, walkable community.”
Recently opened for business, the apartment complex has just begun renting with the first tenants expected to arrive in July.
