Bridgeport-based GoECart has designed and launched what it is calling “a dynamic new e-commerce website” for upscale clothing and accessories company Badgely Mischka, where $245 buys the Meredith Sparkly Stiletto Evening Shoe and where 140 different evening-gown styles are for sale.
The site is badgleymischka.com.
“Thanks to the GoECart end-to-end solution that integrates back-office functionality with rich merchandising, personalization, social media, mobile commerce, ease of use and much more, the new site is destined to become a vibrant online destination for glamorous, stylish and wearable evening wear and accessories,” GoECart said in a statement.
According to GoECart, Badgley Mischka”™s previous e-commerce effort was homegrown with built-in limitations and was “underperforming” as a result.
Terms of the contract were not disclosed, but in factoring the website changes, GoECart”™s focus was “improving customer service.”
“GoECart helped the company to launch a new site, which addressed all of the company’s concerns and will help them to bring their high fashion clothing and accessories to a wider range of customers, faster,” the company said. “The new website is now positioned to help Badgley Mischka grow their core of devoted customers and move to the forefront of high fashion e-commerce.”
