Beauty marketing and distribution services company EC Scott has extended its 6,750-square-foot lease at 1 Thorndal Circle in Darien for five years. The company had been on the third floor of the Class A office building on a month-to-month basis for the past six years up until this renewal.
The deal was brokered by Colliers International Executive Managing Director and Market Leader Jeffrey Williams and Associate Director Hollis Pugh.
