In his role, Luke Delaney will be responsible for overseeing job sites, adhering to project constraints, and facilitating cross-team communication, ultimately ensuring every home meets the firm’s benchmarks for performance and durability.

With more than 20 years of experience supervising high-end residential projects across New York City, Delaney is recognized for his attention to detail in managing safety and code compliance. His deep knowledge of sustainable construction practices has led to the successful delivery of multiple Passive House-certified projects.
