Toronto-based Avison Young, a commercial real estate services company with offices in Fairfield County and Manhattan, has leased 2,733 square feet at 383 Main Ave., Norwalk, in the MerrittView office complex.
The relocation from its New Canaan office comes less than a year after Avison Young first entered the Fairfield/Westchester market, the company said in a press release, and “reflects the firm”™s aggressive growth in the region.” The company entered the tristate market in 2012 with the opening of its New York City office. It operates 62 offices in Canada, the U.S and Europe.
