MANCHESTER — Action Air Systems LLC, a commercial HVAC services provider in Southern New England, acquired Air Comfort Systems of Wallingford earlier this month for an undisclosed amount. The strategic partnership represents an important step in Action Air’s continued growth strategy and expands the company’s presence across southern Connecticut.
Action Air is a partner company of NexCore, a commercial HVAC platform backed by Dallas-based private equity firm, Trinity Hunt Partners.
This acquisition enhances Action Air’s geographic density in Connecticut, improving route efficiency, response times, and overall service delivery. It also strengthens Action Air’s recurring revenue base through additional preventative maintenance contracts while creating new opportunities to expand customer relationships and deliver more comprehensive HVAC solutions.
John Hauser, founder and owner of Air Comfort, will remain involved during a transition period to support integration efforts and ensure continuity for employees and customers.
