Delamar Hotels has opened Salon BE Chocolat in the lobby of the Delamar Greenwich Harbor, featuring the creations of master chocolatier in residence Benoit Racquet – the only Belgian master chocolatier on the East Coast.
His chocolates are made in small batches respecting Belgium’s traditional artisan techniques. An array of different chocolate assortments are available for purchase, along with chocolate bars and holiday collections. Customized chocolate requests will be accepted as well. The location will also offer exclusive tastings such as an elevated Prosecco and chocolate pairing.

Salon BE Chocolat will offer exceptional elevated chocolate-tasting experiences for guests to enjoy. Furthermore, it brings BE Chocolat’s exquisite products and personalized chocolate box crafting experiences even closer to the epicurean community of Greenwich.”
