American Christmas, the company that designs and installs most of Manhattan’s most famous displays for Christmas, will open its Mount Vernon warehouse to the public Thursday, Dec.14, through Friday, Dec. 16, for an exclusive holiday décor sample sale.
There are decorations from late-night TV shows to some of the largest landmarks and retailers in Manhattan, as well as many one-off pieces never used. There will also be open box items sold at 80% off wholesale pricing. In addition, American Christmas is bringing back “Fill a Bag of Ornaments” for $35.00 a bag.
“American Christmas has long been synonymous with bringing joy and magic to the holiday season through our elaborate displays,” said CEO dan Casterella. “Our upcoming ‘Iconic Décor Sample Sale’ is a rare opportunity for the public to take home a piece of the enchantment that has graced the sets of iconic shows and building landmarks. American Christmas is also home to “Holiday Lane,” an immersive 10,000-square-foot walk-through that features some of the most beautiful holiday displays in the tristate area. Santa is also on-site at “Holiday Lane” on specific days, with all ticket proceeds donated to three local nonprofits.
