Katonah Museum of Art Presents: School’s Out/Art’s In

Tuesday, April 2 – Friday, April 5, Workshops at 10:00 AM, 11:30 AM, 1:00 PM
In this series of artsy school vacation workshops, Museum educators introduce new projects each day of the week. Create artistic masks, kinetic artworks, mixed-media sculpture, and more!

Registration recommended. Ages 3-8 with an adult; ages 9-12 can be dropped off. 
KMA Members: Child $6, Adult Free. Non-Members: Child $12, Adult $12. Seniors and non-participating Students aged 13 and over $6. All attendees must have a ticket, whether they are participating in the workshop or not. Includes admission to the Museum. 

• Tuesday April 2 – DIY Stencil Design:  Make a unique stencil and experiment with watercolor “spray-paint”!
• Wednesday April 3 – Decorative Masks: Create artistic masks using colorful materials and glow in the dark elements.
• Thursday April 4 – Kinetic Sculptures: Build unusual paper sculptures with movable parts, experimenting with different ways to create motion.
• Friday April 5 – Imaginative Chimeras: Design and construct your very own mythical hybrid creature using air-dry clay!
