Fairfield County’s Community Foundation’s 26th annual Fund for Women & Girls Celebration with Keynote Speaker Jane Pauley

On Thursday, April 11, Fairfield County’s Community Foundation will celebrate the 26th annual Fund for Women & Girls event with legendary television journalist Jane Pauley.

Experts from FCCF’s Fund for Women & Girls – the largest fund for women and girls in New England – are available to provide important context about the event and the Fund’s two signature investments: the emme Coalition and the new Black Maternal Health Initiative.

Attendees will learn about the current state of women and girls’ issues in Fairfield County, with particular focus on Black maternal health. Speakers will highlight ongoing work with community partners striving for birth equity and systemic change. FCCF can also connect journalists with local nonprofits and grassroots organizations who can speak about the realities of women and girls’ issues, as well as Black maternal health needs in Fairfield County and beyond.
