About us
The Enrico Fermi Educational Fund of Yonkers, NY is a non-profit organization (we are a 501c(3) organization) that was founded 62 years ago. It began as a vision of several individuals, led by Mr.Michael Vitulli, to generate financial support for Italian-American students who reside in Yonkers to further their education. Today, we are pleased to also offer additional financial support to students throughout Westchester County. This year $50,000 in scholarships will be given to students who demonstrate outstanding commitment to academics and their communities, with five scholarships given to Yonkers residents, three Countywide scholarships and one Science scholarship. In our 62 years, we have provided over 500 scholarships totaling well over $1 million. Our online Scholarship application process can be found through our website.
