The Stamford Innovation Center, the tech co-working and startup hub at 175 Atlantic St. in Stamford, is again hosting what it has determined is its most popular class: two hours devoted to Facebook marketing for beginners.
The class is Thursday, Feb. 11, 6:30-8:30 p.m. It will be led by Claire Schwimmer, who is described in SIC advance material as a Facebook marketing expert.
Schwimmer, the SIC said, “introduces you to this powerful marketing tool, making sure you understand how to begin using Facebook for marketing.”
Outlining benefits of participation, the SIC said, “Learn to use this amazing medium to drive your business, bring in leads and make more sales.”
After completing the class, a certificate from the SIC will be awarded for Facebook marketing fundamentals. According to the SIC, this digital certificate can be used on your Facebook and LinkedIn profiles as well as other digital media.
