Stratford-based Martin-Caselli Real Estate, with its offices at 2874 Main St., recently brokered deals including the relocation of a psychotherapist, a new yoga and healing center and a shared work space, all within Stratford.
Jennifer M. Lockshier, a licensed clinical social worker, has relocated her private practice within Stratford to 25 Stonybrook Road. She is a psychotherapist who works with individuals and families and has received specialized training to work with children and adolescents. Joe Pavlik of Martin-Caselli assisted in the transaction.
Berta Prevosti, reiki healer and yogi, and her business partner Elise Spinelli recently found space at 2900 Main St. in Stratford and will open Jiiva Yoga, Healing & Wellness Center on Sept. 28, offering yoga classes, yoga teacher training and reiki healing classes as well as wellness lectures and workshops. Pavlik and Maureen McLarin of Stratford-based real estate company Perez & Assocs. were brokers in the transaction.
And Main Street in Stratford is soon to get a “Go In To Work” co-working space. Go In To Work, a division of regionally based Ivy League Enterprises LLC, described the space as “a shared working environment that will provide local entrepreneurs the opportunity to work in a professional atmosphere while connecting with other likeminded entrepreneurs.”
Ivy Royster, president/CEO of Ivy League Enterprises expects the co-work space to “bring people together by hosting networking events and conducting classes, such as ”˜Social Media Marketing”™ and ”˜How to Find an Administrative Assistant.”™”
The space”™s doors on the second floor of 2875 Main St., an elevator building, open to the public Oct. 1. Pavlik brokered the lease along with Fairfield-based Bayberry Property Management Leasing of Connecticut LLC.
I’m just curious to know what kind of prices can you get for office space in business centers over there?
