A 13-acre office park in Purchase is being renovated and renamed.

Bronx-based Simone Development Cos. and its development partner, Fareri Associates of Greenwich, Conn., are renovating the complex formerly known as the Harrison Executive Park. It has been rebranded as the Purchase Professional Park. The work includes refurbishing the exterior facades, renovating all of the lobbies as well as all common area hallways and restrooms, and landscaping improvements.
“The renovations and modernizations that we are making at the Purchase Professional Park are a significant investment by our company that will clearly position this complex as the choice location for medical practices and business professionals in Westchester County,” said Joseph Simone, president of Simone Development, in a statement.
The park has three buildings at 3000, 3010 and 3020 Westchester Ave. and a total of 135,000 square feet of Class A office and medical space. A fourth building, 3030 Westchester Ave., with 85,000 square feet of medical space, is scheduled to be completed and occupied in the first quarter, bringing the total square footage of the park to 220,000 square feet. The new building has been fully leased to Westmed Medical Group, a multispecialty group practice.
Newmark Grubb Knight Frank is the exclusive leasing agent for the Purchase Professional Park.
