PickleRage, a 42,000-square-feet indoor pickleball facility at 173 Huguenot St., in New Rochelle, is inviting people to try out the game for free on March 28 and 29 as part of its facility opening. PickleRage at New Rochelle is owned and operated by franchisees Brian Snyder and Henry Sztul. It is in a building developed by Louis Cappelli. This is the first PickleRage facility in Westchester and the first in New York state.
PickleRage features 13 regulation-size courts with CushionX surfaces, LED lighting, locker rooms with showers, and video recording and livestreaming capabilities.

“We’re thrilled to be a part of New Rochelle’s continued downtown growth and bring our passion for pickleball to Westchester,” said Sztul. “Pickleball provides a really great way to get out and stay active, especially after such a debilitating winter where so many of us stayed inside.”
The facility offers a variety of promotional membership packages in connection with the opening ranging from $79 for monthly membership to $1,790 for an annual family membership.
“In addition to pickleball, we offer three Full Swing golf simulators, a fully stocked pro shop, and a comfortable players’ lounge,” Snyder said. “We’re also proud to be the first PickleRage franchise to introduce an upgraded amenity package, featuring locker rooms and showers.”
PickleRage was founded in 2023 and is based in Miami Beach. The company says it plans to have 500 locations opened within the next five years.
