Coastal Construction Group LLC has bought a mixed-use property at 785 Post Road E. in Westport for $1.2 million.
Jon Angel, president of Southport-based Angel Commercial LLC, handled the sale of the 2.5-acre property for the sellers, George Essenfeld Trustee and Lewis Meriwether.
Coastal Construction Group LLC is known for new luxury home construction and plans to use the 5,000-square-foot building for additional office space.
