The Element One apartment complex on Morgan Street in Stamford is on target for completion by September with steel and wood skeleton of the structure finished earlier this month.
The new 220,000-square-foot mixed-use rental housing development will include 175 1- and 2- bedroom units above commercial space and dedicated parking.
The complex was designed by Gooding Architecture of Stamford and is being built by Erland Construction of Massachusetts for Element One LLC, a partnership of Samuel B. Fuller of Fuller Development LLC and Clay Fowler of Spinnaker Real Estate Partners, both in South Norwalk.
