The real estate brokerage Houlihan Lawrence has expanded its presence in the Hudson Valley with the opening of a new office in Hudson in Columbia County. The new office at 237 Warren St. is the company’s first brokerage in Columbia County. Houlihan Lawrence has offices in nearby Dutchess County in Millbrook, East Fishkill and Lagrangeville.

Charlie Vetter is the manager who will be overseeing the new office as well as other locations in Dutchess County.
