Jared Koeck is an Associate Director of Market Analytics for CoStar Group, based in Midtown Manhattan, where he analyzes commercial real estate trends for the New York City, Connecticut, and Long Island markets. Before joining CoStar, he was a Research Manager at global real estate firm CBRE. Koeck earned a BA in Political Science from the University of New Hampshire and an MBA from Boston University.
