TRUMBULL – Residences at Main, the two-year old gated town center-style apartment community in town, has surpassed the 90% percent leased mark, according to its developer Garden Communities.
Located at 5085 Main St. next to the Trumbull Mall, the property features 260 apartments in five elevator buildings complemented by a host of lifestyle amenities.

There are such amenities as a community lounge, state-of-the-art fitness center, co-working space and package room. Monthly rents at The Residences at Main begin at $2,070 for a one-bedroom apartment.
Short Hills, N.J.-based Garden Communities also has a gated community at 199 Privilege Road in Bloomfield, where rents go from $3, 525-$3,800.
