Elk Homes, which is based in Rye, reports that that leasing has begun on units at its new building named Harrison Grand. The building at 402 Halstead Ave. has 31 units.

The apartments at Harrison Grand range from 1,000 to 2,200 square feet and are a mix of one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom units. Some of the apartments have dens. The apartments are described as having premium finishes, including chef’s kitchens with high-end appliances, private outdoor spaces, walk-in closets, powder rooms, fireplaces, and abundant natural light.
Amenities for residents include a fitness center, a pet spa, and a rooftop terrace. The building provides package lockers, bike storage, a private dining room, and 38 parking spots, including EV chargers.
Gary Hirsch, co-founder of Elk Homes, described the building as offering “residents the perfect blend of convenience and luxury living.”
Various real estate websites have listings of apartments that are for lease at Harrison Grand, such as a 2,111-square-feet penthouse apartment with three bedrooms, two full baths and a half bath that is listed for $13,500 per month. A 1,081-square-feet one-bedroom, one-bath unit is advertised for $5,300 per month. A two-bedroom, two-and-a-half bath 1,514-square-feet unit is listed for $6,800 per month.
Elk Homes has a number of apartment buildings and single-family house properties in Westchester and Connecticut. It offers properties that are fully-furnished and are available for short-term rental. The company, which notes that it has more than 20 years experience in the single-family home and apartment rental business, says its client base includes overseas executives as well as local residents who are in transition. The company says it is well known to major relocation companies, corporate human resource departments and local real estate brokers.
