Steven Crimando, principal at Behavioral Science Applications, a consulting firm that specializes in violence prevention, crisis management and emergency response, will be the seminar”™s featured speaker. Crimando said the threat of violence in the workplace is constantly evolving and plans for preventing violence on the job must be revisited to address those changing threats.
“Outdated violence prevention plans can be as risky as having no plan at all,” he said.
