Manhattan-based Empire State Realty Trust Inc. reported leasing more than 82,000 square feet of office space this summer at its Class A buildings in the metropolitan area.
In Westchester County, Empire State reported three lease deals in addition to a previously reported lease extension and space expansion by O”™Connor Davies LLP at 500 Mamaroneck Ave. in Harrison.
Willoughby Capital Holdings expanded its office by 1,500 square feet at 10 Bank St. in White Plains, bringing its total occupancy to 4,500 square feet. Paul Jacobs of CBRE brokered the deal for the tenant.
At 500 Mamaroneck Ave. in Harrison, Garnet Capital renewed it lease for 3,900 square feet of space. Patricia Valenti of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the tenant in the deal.
KBM Group LLC also renewed its office lease for 2,700 square feet at 500 Mamaroneck Ave. CBRE brokers Kevin Langtry and Christopher J. Heckman represented the tenant.
Jeffrey H. Newman, senior vice president of Empire State Realty Trust represented, the landlord in all of the transactions along with senior leasing associate Kimberly Zaccagnino and leasing associate Tara Long.
