Four college and university presidents in Westchester County will discuss strategies and traditions in higher education as panelists at an Oct. 8 KeyBank Speaker Series breakfast hosted by The Business Council of Westchester.
The breakfast talk will be from 8 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. at Tappan Hill Mansion in Tarrytown. The presidential panel includes Stephen J. Friedman of Pace University; Belinda S. Miles of Westchester Community College; Michael J. Smith of Berkeley College and Jon Strauss of Manhattanville College.
Panelists will discuss the challenges and opportunities facing institutions of higher learning, including creating curricula to properly train the workforce of the future. The discussion will be moderated by Geoffrey Thompson, managing partner at Thompson & Bender, the public relations and marketing agency in Briarcliff Manor.
