The recently expanded Putnam County Savings Bank this fall will relocate its corporate headquarters from Brewster to 2651 Strang Blvd. in Yorktown, the company”™s new Westchester landlord, GHP Office Realty, announced.

The bank has signed a long-term lease for 25,352 square feet of space in the office building in the Northern Westchester Executive Park. GHP Office Realty has embarked on a $6 million capital renovation project since purchasing the 220,000-square-foot, Class A office complex, the former Taconic Corporate Park, in 2014.
Putnam County Savings Bank in April completed its $25.4 million acquisition of CMS Bancorp Inc., the White Plains-based holding company for CMS Bank, and five CMS bank branches in Westchester County. PCSB now operates 15 retail branches in Putnam, Westchester, Rockland and Dutchess counties.
Joseph D. Roberto, president and CEO of Putnam County Savings Bank, in a press release said the time was right to upgrade the bank”™s administrative facilities as it continues its “measured expansion.” The relocation and build-to-suit construction will allow PCSB “to not only centralize its location but to also centralize all of its key departments under one roof with new state-of-the-art technology,” he said.
The new headquarters will have approximately 65 bank employees.
Kevin Dwyer, of The Dwyer Agency in Mahopac, represented the tenant in the lease deal.
