The CBRE New York Institutional Group”™s Jeffrey Dunne and Steven Bardsley, and Steven Greenbush of CBRE”™s Brokerage Division collaborated to represent 777 West Putnam Avenue L.L.C. in the purchase of 777 West Putnam Ave. in Greenwich for $38,850,000 or $300 per square foot.
Attorney Robert Vincent Sisca represented the purchaser in the transaction.
The recently renovated property is an approximately 130,000-square-foot class A office building. Existing tenants in the building include Marc Fisher Footwear and Musden Financial.
The Greenwich market is extremely site-constrained, which creates an imbalance that keeps demand strong from both investors and users seeking high quality real estate assets, according to CBRE.
