Leasing activity up in White Plains, Harrison
GHP Office Realty in White Plains reported a strong increase in leasing activity in two of its buildings ”“ 7-11 S. Broadway in White Plains and 4 Red Oak Lane in Harrison.
At the four-story building in the White Plains central business district, four tenants renewed leases totaling 7,500 square feet of office space. They are: Riverside Capital Management; Romanoff Management Corp.; Kelly Services Inc., the national employment firm based in Troy, Mich., and Euler Hermes UMA Inc., a textile trading firm based in Lexington, Ky.
GHP brokers said the South Broadway building is 92 percent leased.
At 4 Red Oak Lane, five lease deals totaled 22,500 square feet of office space. GHP said the three-story, class-A building is 90 percent occupied.
Stifel Nicolas & Co., a growing New York Stock Exchange brokerage, renewed and expanded its Westchester County headquarters to 12,000 square feet.
Relocating from New York City, WCG Management Co., a trading firm, leased 4,500 square feet. The tenant was represented by Jones Lang LaSalle.
Also signing new leases in the Harrison building were Concorde Staffing Group, for 2,000 square feet, and Vision Financial Services, for 2500 square feet.
