A Westport developer filed for bankruptcy protection from creditors, whose founder”™s hotel projects have included the Delamar Greenwich Harbor Inn and its L”™Escale Restaurant.
Parga Developers L.L.C. filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection, a legal step which generally is used to buy a company time to pay back creditors as it restructures. Parga Developers did not immediately list amounts owed creditors, which include JPMorgan Chase & Co. and Westport Glass.
John Eoanou runs both Parga Developers and Parga Properties, with the latter company having performed renovations at the Delamar Greenwich Harbor Inn among other projects.
