Developer Louis Cappelli reports that the new building named Encore, located at 325 Huguenot St. in New Rochelle is now 95% leased. Cappelli had announced the opening and beginning of leasing at the building in December 2023. The 29-story building has 241 units along with a roster of amenities for residents including a recently opened spa. The spa features a sauna, steam room, Zen room and yoga room.

As of April, monthly market rents for apartments at Encore were $2,070 for studios, $2,615 for one-bedroom units and $4,350 for two-bedroom units. Among the apartments’ features are vinyl plank flooring, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, full-size washers and dryers, dishwashers, walk-in closets and floor-to-ceiling windows providing panoramic views that include Long Island Sound and New York City.
