The mixed-used property at 1903 Post Road in Fairfield was sold for $3.12 million.
The five-unit 6,764 square-foot property was built in 1924 and its tenants include the bakery Isabelle et Vincent and the Custom Meats butcher shop. Northeast Private Client Group’s Senior Vice President Brad Balletto, Vice President of Brokerage Robert Paterno, and Senior Associates Rich Edwards and Jeff Wright represented the seller, CT Realty Trust, and procured the buyer, Strawberry Hill Realty LLC.
