The Purchase mansion of veteran radio DJ Scott Shannon has been listed for $3.45 million.

Shannon, 75, retired last December from his long-running WCBS-FM morning show “Shannon in the Morning” and continues to host two nationally syndicated radio shows, “America”™s Greatest Hits” and the “True Oldies Channel.”
The property last sold in 1991 for roughly $2.4 million. The listing brokers are Donna and Scott McElwee of Houlihan Lawrence.
