Montecito Medical, a Nashville owner of medical office properties throughout the U.S., has completed its acquisition of two Fairfield County properties tenanted by Orthopaedic Specialty Group (OSG).
The properties are the 46,593-square-foot medical office at 305 Black Rock Tpke. in Fairfield and the 54,745-square-foot space at 760 River Road in Shelton; Yale New Haven Health leases 4,354 square feet in the latter location. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The OSG properties are the second acquisition in Connecticut for Montecito within the past year. In July 2020, the company acquired a property in Farmington leased to the Center for Advanced Reproductive Services.
“It was great to work directly with the physicians and leadership of OSG to conclude this mutually rewarding transaction,” said Tyler Rhodes, director of business development for Montecito Medical. “We look forward to building on our partnership with them and to expanding our growing presence in the Northeast.”
