Amanda DiPreta brings talent and attention-to-detail to her work, whether it”™s graphic design or print and digital production, for clients of Catalyst Marketing Communications. Her work as a designer also extends past her day-to-day role at the agency. A longtime resident of Stamford, Amanda has embraced many of the causes within the local community. Her innovative design on the Hope in Motion campaign logo put a face to this important fundraising event to benefit Stamford Hospital”™s Bennett Cancer Center and its integrative medicine patient programs. She has also worked on the hospital’s Dream Ball, one of its main fundraising events, and the hospital”™s annual October breast cancer awareness campaign, Paint the Town Pink. Amanda has done pro bono work for other Stamford nonprofit organizations as well. She has volunteered her time as the main designer for an event called Women Empowering Women, which raises direct funding for The Rowan Center ”“ a sexual assault resource agency in Stamford. A further testament to her excellence came when she was named a semifinalist in the packaging category in the 2012 International Adobe Achievement Awards (nearly 5,000 entries from 70 countries). Graduating cum laude from the State University of New York, Purchase, Amanda holds a degree in graphic design. Outside of work and serving her community, her interests include interior design, painting and photography.
